What is the turnaround time?
Our standard turnaround is 15 days but we also offer rush service. Please send us an email so that we can tell you the exact delivery time. Our turnaround time starts once the proof/sample is approved.
If it is a reorder then you will receive labels 3-4 days earlier though it is not guaranteed.
How do you ship your label i.e via FedEx, UPS, or registered mail?
We use only priority shipping via UPS, DHL, or FedEx. Shipping takes 3-4 days.
Can I see a picture of the label before it is sent for production?
Yes, we send a picture of the label for approval first.
I don't have a design for my label. Can you make one for me?
Yes, your order includes free graphic proof and unlimited revisions (not literally). You will receive digital proof for approval after placing the order.
What is the minimum quantity I can order?
Although our website offers a minimum of 100 pieces we can do lower than that. Send us an email with the quantity you need and we will tell you the best possible price.
What type of design file should I submit?
We recommend high-quality (300 dpi) jpg, png, or pdf files. If you send a pdf file then please make sure to convert the font to object or send fonts along with them. We will inform you if there is any problem with the design provided.
My labels has size variations i.e. S, M, L, XL. can you do them, is there any extra charge for them?
We can do size variation and split the quantity. We can do a minimum of 200 pieces per size i.e. 200 for S, 200 for M, 200 for L, and 200 for XL in a 1000 pieces order.
My design has a lot of colors can you do them all?
We can do woven labels up to 8 colors (including base color) but we can do up to 12 colors for additional fees. If your design needs up to 12 colors then please send us an email before placing an order.
I want exact colors for my labels.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to do the exact color but we try our best to match the colors. For best matching, please send the PANTONE coated or uncoated swatch color codes.
Please note, exact color matching is not guaranteed for Pantone colors but we provide the best possible match.
What will happen if there is a problem with my order when I receive it?
Please send us an email regarding the problem. If there is a problem with our side then we will redo your label and ship them on priority.

Our manufacturing facility is in India and we ship worldwide.
