Returns and exchanges

We do not accept returns as these labels are custom made on request so they are totally useless for us.
But we do accept return if there is mistake from our side.

Payment

We accept Paypal for all orders.

If you wish to cancel the order after 24 hours then we will refund only 50% of total amount because they are already forwarded in factory for processing.

Shipping

We are not responsible for any fees occurred due to customs or shipping company though we try our best to avoid any situation like these but there are some situations where shipping ask for custom brokerage fees which is totally out of our control.

Currently we are not able to ship labels in Russia, so if you are from listed country then please don't buy this listing.

We don't ship to P.O. Box address so please make sure that address is not P. O. Box while buying labels.
